1. General
1.1. By booking onto a class you are certifying that you are fit to undertake exercise. Class members must advise staff of any health issues.
1.2 Customers accept responsibility for their state of health and physical condition while the class is being delivered.
1.3 Customers behaviour whilst the class is being delivered must not constitute a security or safety hazard to themselves or others.
1.4 Our liability for damage or loss to Customers' property is strictly limited to any damage or loss suffered as a direct result of the negligence of us or our staff.
1.5 We reserve the right to terminate the child's place.
1.6 Any forms of bullying or malicious behaviour will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to terminate the child's place.
1.7 Respect between the students and teachers within Ultimate Studios UK or anything associated with Ultimate Studios UK is essential. If seen unfit by any member of the teaching staff we reserve the right to terminate the placement of the child without any discretion.
1.8 On leaving you must give 4 weeks written notice to Ultimate Studios UK prior to leaving the stage school.
1.9 By signing the terms and conditions you agree to photos/video footage being published on behalf of USUK. Photos may appear in the gallery on our website, USUK Facebook home page and also for future advertisements.
2. Order acceptance
Your place at class will not be confirmed until we receive full payment. We will however, hold your place for up to 7 days, to allow you time to make the payment. We will endeavour to contact you via e-mail or telephone before we give your place to another student. When payment has been received, you will receive a receipt on the day of payment. Until this time, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or reject any order and make a full refund using the same method of payment that was originally made.
3. Refunds & Guarantees
No refund or guarantees will be produced unless seen fit.
4. Billing
4.1 Payment schedules, the customer agrees to provide payment for the class/es on the first date starting from the four weekly payment period noted on invoice provided.
4.2 Bank charges - Customers are responsible for the provision of sufficient funds in their account. Ultimate Studios UK are not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of overdrawing of the bank account.
4.3 Invoices will be produced one week prior to the payment due. Money shall be received every four weeks on time or we reserve the right to terminate your child's placement.
5. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for keeping their contact details up to date. Please email us at info@ultimatestudiosuk.com with any amendments. We cannot be held responsible for communication mix-ups as a direct result of the customer's failure to update their details.
6. Data Protection
Your personal information will only be used internally and will never leave the company.
7. Supervision & Delivery of service
7.1 We cannot be held responsible for any class member outside of the specified class times. For anyone under 18, it is their parent or guardians', responsibility to ensure their safety outside of these times.
7.2 We reserve the right to reschedule the time, date or location of a class or. If this happens we will announce the change via e-mail or telephone. It is the responsibility of the customer to regularly check their e-mail in order to keep informed of any changes.
8. Modification
8.1 We reserve the right to add, delete, or modify these Terms and Conditions, our class, products, prices and website at any time.
